the  sinhala  new year  is  the  most enjoyable  f estival   for  all  sinhala  buddhists.they  celebrate this  festival  on  the  14th  of  april  evary  year.the farmers  harvest  thueir  fiealds   and   store  grain   for  the  coming  clobfration.we  whitewash  our  hor  houses  and  polish  the  floors.we   begin  to  on   this  day   people  spend  the  time  visting  the  temples.  they  put  on  new  clothes.the  children  lightfire-crathes.the  new  yer  day  is  spent  joyfully  by  all  and  we   hope  the   naxt  new   year   will   still  be  a  happier   one.
